Preparation could be better. I was a bit sceptical beforehand because of the lack of communication from the owner, I had to contact a website agent to assist in getting an answer to confirm that the aircon and tvs work in the room -the answer was yes. I contacted the owner again to ask if we could book in earlier than 14h00 because of our schedule, she said perhaps they can try 13h00 and she will advise. The schedule could be moved we arrived at 15h00 and the rooms weren't ready, the group had not checked out yet and the rooms were not ready (check out states 10h00). Luckily a friend also stayed there and we got ready in his room. We came back late that night to find the security guard sleeping and when finally got access to our rooms the one had no remote for the aircon when asked they could not find it, and in the closet were things that were probably left by the previous group - meaning the room was not inspected (unless it comes with the room). Communication is key, in the future the owner needs to inform whether there might be problems and be clear on the situation before arrival. Hopefully, they can look into this in the future to better the service. Beds slept comfortably.
