Fifty-Five Mjejane offers comfortable, self-catering accommodation in Hectorspruit, making it an ideal choice for both corporate and leisure travellers.
This lodge accommodates up to 12 guests and features 6 beautifully appointed Indlus, a traditional Zulu-inspired beehive-shaped dwellings, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The Indlus are furnished with king-size beds that can be easily converted into two single beds, along with soft duvets, crisp linen, and private entrances. Each Indlu also includes a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, washbasin, and toilet, as well as an outdoor shower for added luxury. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, a work desk, comfortable seating, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a bar fridge, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The solar-powered lodge features an indoor dining area and a high-end chef’s kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and pizza oven. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the fitness centre or unwind in the games room and media centre. The lodge also offers a TV with DStv and uncapped Wi-Fi for your entertainment.
Two complimentary game drives are included for up to 10 guests, one in the early morning and one in the late afternoon. Guests are encouraged to bring their own snacks and drinks, which can be stored in the provided picnic baskets and cooler boxes. The lodge staff are available to service the units and assist with light meal preparations, table settings, and lighting of fires if requested. Guests will have exclusive use of the lodge during their stay, along with a dedicated ranger and game vehicle.
The inviting pool area is equipped with sun loungers and braai facilities, and a boma is available for a traditional outdoor experience. For added convenience, the lodge provides a fully equipped laundry, housekeeping services, and covered parking bays.
