The en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The unit has a kitchenette with a microwave, convection plate, Air fryer, and fridge, ideal for heat-and-eat meals, as well as coffee- and tea-making facilities. It has a covered patio with lovely braai facilities and a small table with 2 chairs. Parking for this unit is on the grass lawn in front of the unit.
The second apartment is on the third floor and comprises 2 bedrooms, accommodating 5 guests at a time. Each room has 2 single beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed on request, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The rooms feature ample cupboard space. The spacious living area has comfortable seating and a sleeper couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two-plate gas stove, Air fryer, fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery. The living room walks out onto a covered balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. This apartment also features an indoor braai. This unit is accessed from behind the house via an elevator.
