House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to treat Firefly Boutique Country Retreat with the same care as they would their own home and to respect the decor and personal belongings of the owners.

Parents or guardians should be mindful of the potential hazards in the surrounding wilderness at Firefly. It is important to supervise children and pets closely to ensure their safety while on the property.

Firefly operates on a septic tank and soak pit system. Guests are reminded not to flush any foreign matter such as wet wipes down the toilets.

No parties or events are permitted.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited, especially in winter, due to the timber-rich environment.

Eating and drinking are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Guests are responsible for washing their dishes.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Guests using fake tan products are required to bring their own sheets.

Lights and heating should be turned off when leaving the property.

Guests using the fireplace must always check it and keep the fire screen in place.

Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to.
