My anniversary weekend was spoiled, and I am left with a bad experience. One of my worst experiences at a hotel. Customer service and communication is non-existent. I arrived at 10am in the morning and went to reception to inform them that I am parked in front of the hotel (pointing out my car). The new guy at reception was never informed about the parking situation, and someone complained about our vehicle.
