Description
Situated in Gariep Dam, located just off the N1 between Johannesburg and Cape Town, Fish Eagle Lodge is located as a stopover destination for travelers.
The lovely guest house offers guests a choice of units that overlook the entertainment area and can accommodate between 2 to 7 people. The units are furnished with comfortable double beds and single beds and have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The units are air-conditioned and equipped with TVs with selected DStv channels.
Two of the units is self-catering unites, equipped with a stove, microwave and a fridge.
Gariep Dam offers various restaurants, as well as activities at the dam such as canoeing, and fishing. Guests can also go mountain biking, hiking, or do some game-watching at the Gariep Dam Nature Reserve.
The covered swimming pool and jacuzzi is sun heated and the temperature depends on the weather.
