Fishermans Cave is located in the town of Port St Johns, along the Wild Coast, is untamed territory at its best. Entangled forests and deep gorges meet mangrove swamps and the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean.
This self-catering unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin. Both bedrooms have a bunk bed and a tri-bunk bed.
The living space has a lounge area and a kitchen. The lounge area has comfortable seating and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, crockery, and cutlery. Outside there are braai facilities available.
The property is across the road from the beach which is ideal for fishing. Attractions include the Military Base of the former Transkei Military, Wild Coast Museum, the Port St Johns Golf Club, and the Cape Hermes and M’bashe Lighthouses. Other activities include canoeing, horse riding, golfing, fishing, quad biking, and dolphin and whale spotting. Deep-sea fishing, hiking tours and outings can be arranged. There are also challenging 4x4 routes.
The unit is pet friendly and there is a fishing shop on site making it suitable for fishing groups.
