The place is neat, spacious and welcoming. Walking distance from the lighthouse. Lovely spacious home with all you need. Wish we could stay longer. Very neat and welcoming, great open plan kitchen and walking distance from great views of the ocean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fresh, airy, welcoming accommodation with everything needed. A great find! Lovely, fresh, airy, private, welcoming accommodation and a hospitable hostess. It's very well equipped with everything needed and no clutter. Central location, but quiet and cocooned. What a great find in Cape St Francis.

Amazing. It was very pleasant, the house is awesome and clean. Everything you need is available in the house and a short walk from the beach and Sunset Rock.

We chose Flip Flops for our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised with excellent accommodation. It is very difficult these days to make a choice for good holiday accommodation on the internet with only a few photos, but Flip Flops exceeded our highest expectations. We were met at the holiday spot by a very friendly Tarryn, and communication was excellent. The 2 bedroom holiday home is equipped with really everything needed for a carefree holiday and the quality and excellent condition of all furniture and fittings is perfect. Extremely clean, tidy and everything in the beautiful place really works perfectly. DSTV with a big screen TV is a bonus. The sea is literally just around the corner and the beautiful lighthouse's light can be seen at the cottage in the evening. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend the place.
