Description
The Forest Hills Lodge is set at the foot of the Zoutpansberg mountain in a peaceful and serene location. The lodge is located in Louis Trichardt (Makhado) which is also known as the ‘Gateway to Africa’; it is 120 km north of Polokwane, 115 km south of the Beitbridge Zimbabwe border, and 135 km east of the Punda Maria gate to the Kruger National Park. Here you can enjoy a lovely forest view, in a tranquil setting. It is the ideal place to refresh after a long day’s work or to chill on a holiday.
Accommodation is offered in comfortable twin or double guest rooms that each contain an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath or just a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Room facilities include a TV with a selection of DStv channels, a bar fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Breakfast can be enjoyed each morning in the dining room.
The lodge is 500 m from the Hangklip Hiking trail. A Kwik Spar, Engen service station, pharmacy, hospital, golf course, ATM, High school, park, and the CBD are within a 5 minute drive.
