The open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. Next to it there is a dining table with seating for 8 and a lounge area with comfortable seating, a TV with Netflix, Showmax, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, YouTube. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided.
Outside there is a large hardwood deck with a dining area. On-site activities include mountain biking. The house also boasts South Africa's first high-tech security system with closed-circuit television linked to armed response and supported by guards.
Secure parking is available on site. The property is very secure with high end security features and the outside is monitored by CCTV cameras and a 24 hour response vehicle.
