Die enigste probleem wat ons gehad het, is dat Tyrone onder die indruk was dat jy die Vrydag betaal het. Ek het hulle egter toegelaat om te bly, want jy het my laat weet dat jy die volgende dag sou betaal. Jy het selfs die bewys vir my gestuur en 'n boodskap gestuur om te sê jy sal weer by ons boek. Daarom is ek nou 'n bietjie verwar. Ek is seker jy het die verkeerde B&B beoordeel. Ons ontbyt word baie hoog beoordeel. Ek dink partykeer die gaste wil net kom oorbly vir die ontbyt. Jy kan op booking.co. gaan kyk, almal praat oor die ontbyt. Daarom dink ek jy het 'n fout begaan.

Dit was baie aangenaam om julle te ontmoet. Hoop om julle volgende jaar weer te sien. Ek is bly julle was gelukkig met alles.
Ek is druk besig met my dogter te troue dit is nou min dae.

Firstly, I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you were happy with the B&B in general. It is really hard work to run a B&B. Our housekeeper, Valencia lost her Daughter recently and is really battling to cope with this. Some days are good and others are bad. As such, she has on her own decided to retire at the end of March this year. She has been at the B&B for about 17 years and lives for her work and daughter. The loss of her daughter has taken its toll on her. I can honestly say, and our reviews can prove this, that this is the first time we have had a negative rating on Valencia. Every review mentions how she is very helpful and friendly and some even refer to her as Mamathemba. I ask that you please forgive her as December was a very difficult time for her both work-wise and whilst everyone was in Party Mode and enjoying themselves, she went through Christmas and New Year knowing that her only child was no longer there.
