Franny’s Place is a double storey house located in a peaceful cul-de-sac within the heart of Langebaan, adjacent to a greenbelt. This well-maintained home provides a tranquil and serene ambience, along with spacious and comfortable accommodation. The house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with shower facilities. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with shower facilities. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and make use of the guest bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. The living area features an indoor built-in braai, a smart TV, and comfortable couches. Two extra children can be accommodated on 2 child-only couches in the living area. An outside mobile braai is available.
