Friesland Cottage provides visitors with a serene and peaceful self-catering accommodation experience on a farm in Hoekwil, Wilderness.
This cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children, featuring 3 bedrooms and a loft area, along with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, while the third room offers a children's bunk bed. The remaining room is furnished with single beds. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen and open-plan lounge area leads onto the patio through stacking doors. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The lounge leads through large stacking doors onto a covered patio area with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai fireplace.
There is a wood-fired hot tub available on the deck leading off the patio. Guests can relax in the hot tub while the braai fire is going on the patio. The view from the patio of the Outeniqua Mountain Range is a special one.
