Description
Froggies is a guest house in Heuwelkruin, Knysna, where life is good and the view magnificent. Froggies is a ‘home away from home’, where guests can sit and relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the whole of Knysna. The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular and watching the tide come and go in the estuary gives you an ever changing view.
Accommodation is offered in 2 spacious double rooms, that each have a view and have doors opening to a balcony. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The other room has use of a private bathroom, across the hall, with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
Guests have shared use of a communal chill and reading room, where tea and coffee is available all day. Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee.
There is an enclosed patio area, where you can enjoy your meals or just sit and play a game of cards or chess while enjoying the view. The doors open up for those stunning warm and calm days. At the back of the house is a small swimming pool and gas braai facilities that guests are welcome to use. Guests are also welcome to make use of the kitchen while staying at Froggies.
The precious resident golden retriever, Jagger, the dog of the house loves to welcome visitors, and most guests fall in love with him.
Whether you like kayaking, SUP-ing, trail running, hiking, are an adrenaline junkie or just love a walk on the beach then Froggies is the ideal choice for you. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are within a 20 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes a short drive away.
