Froggy Lodge @ Beyond the Moon is a charming wooden cottage located on the Beyond The Moon Guest Farm, nestled on the foothills of the idyllic Outeniqua Mountains in the lush green beauty of the Garden Route. It is just 15 minutes from the beaches of Wilderness and 30 minutes from George, this 24 ha property boasts a large section of unspoiled Indigenous forest incorporating a 45-minute private hiking trail.
Froggy Lodge can accommodate 5 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. There is a single bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a centrally located dining table with chairs and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches.
The unit opens up to the patio with outdoor seating perfect for a morning coffee whilst overlooking the tranquil vlei of lilies and bird life. There is also a braai area.
This Guest Farm offers a romantic escape for honeymooners and is suitable for hiking, birding, biking, paragliding, and sporting events. It has become a popular pit stop for Overland adventurers and 4x4 enthusiasts exploring South Africa.
