Hi Anneliza, thank you so much for your review. Regarding the WiFi, normally we have exceptionally strong WiFi, but for the first time in ages, Vodacom was down last weekend. My apologies for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, there was nothing we could have done. Regarding the cleaning, that is totally unacceptable. Can you give me some specifics so that I can take it up with the agent? We are living in Cape Town, so would have missed this if you didn't bring it to our attention, so we rely heavily on the feedback given by our clients.
