The cottage can accommodate up to 3 guests and comprises 1 bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and shower fixed over the bath. An additional single bed is available in a second sleeping area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, 2-plate stove, coffee maker, and microwave oven. A washing machine is also available in the kitchen. Fresh linen is provided. Additionally, a lounge area with 2 couches is available for meals or relaxation. A work desk and a TV with Openview, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi are also included. Guests are afforded secure parking and can make use of the communal swimming pool, braai area, and patio.

No additional visitors are permitted without advance written permission from the host.
No smoking is allowed on the property, only outside. No littering.
No tampering with the CCTV cameras is allowed.
We do not charge a separate cleaning fee; however, if you leave the place in an untidy and unclean manner including unwashed dishes, additional cleaning costs will be incurred by the guest.
Any guests not respecting the house rules may be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
