The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a walk through bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin, with a small second bedroom. The second bedroom has a double bunk which is suitable for children, not adults. Please note this apartment is not suitable for 4 adults. It offers an open-plan living space, with tiled flooring and a TV with full DStv. Sliding doors open onto the ocean-facing balcony with a bench. The fully equipped kitchen holds an oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
There is 1 designated, undercover parking space within the security complex for guest's use. The complex has its own swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, gym and a squash court for your convenience. The complex also has 24-hour security.
It is just a 5 minute's walk from the My Citi Bus-route to Cape Town, the V&A Waterfront, and other famed tourist attractions. G1 is the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach making it the ideal place for leisure activities like swimming, body boarding, sunbathing, paddling and wading through rock pools and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment.
