Garden House and Cottage is located within the horseshoe of Graaff-Reinet on a quiet avenue off 1 of the main streets in the historic town. The property is a short walk from shops, museums, restaurants and much more.
The accommodation offers a house and a cottage, each with a separate entrance. The Garden House comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms with a double bed in each, and a fourth bedroom with twin beds. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a shower in each, and the third en-suite bathroom has a bath. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace, a private garden and braai facilities, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Please note that being an old property there are quirks, such as one bathroom is off the old stable (now garage) from the bedroom. Garage parking for one vehicle (Fortuner-sized) is available.
The Garden Cottage is a spacious cottage with 1 bedroom fitted with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. It has a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge area, with fireplace. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The cottage has private access, a private terrace and garden. Access is down the side passage of the main house. On-street parking is available.
The owners' farm is just outside of Graaff-Reinet where bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, sundowners and much more can be done on request by prior arrangement.
