Garden Route Game Lodge is set against the backdrop of the majestic Langeberg Mountain and is located 8 km from the town of Albertinia and 330 km from Cape Town. The malaria-free, private game reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and birdlife, including the Big 5.
The lodge provides accommodation in a variety of unit types suitable for couples or families. The units are tastefully furnished with African-themed decor and each has a private bathroom that offers either bath or shower facilities. Some of the units boast access to private splash pools.
Visitors to the Garden Route Game Lodge can enjoy game viewing in open vehicles, luxury accommodation and excellent dining experiences in the Boma restaurant. The friendly staff and management are there to take care of guests' needs to ensure a memorable stay.
The Garden Route Game Lodge was started as an aspiring project to restore an area of once degraded farmland to its former glory and stock it with wildlife that previously inhabited the land. Today a large variety of wildlife, including the Big 5, are once more at home in this private game reserve.
