Was friendly, very calm and peaceful. The lady did inform us and apologized that our room was not 100% up to standard and was undergoing repairs. She felt so bad but with all due respect said it was minimal what she was talking about and still the room was beautiful and we were able to have a great rest, hot shower and be safe while we were there for our son's rugby tour and helped us up very short notice.
