Genie's Nest is in 'n stil area in Villiera in die Jakarandastad, Pretoria. Dit is sentraal geleë en bied aan gaste die geleentheid om langs die swembad uit te span en te braai. Daar is 5 selfsorgeenhede wat elk 'n dubbelbed het en geskik is vir tot 2 gaste. Vier eenhede het elk 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n stort en Eenheid 5 het 'n badkamer met 'n bad en 'n stort. Eenheid 5 is 'n groot selfsorgwoonstel met 'n sitarea en 'n kombuis wat met 'n gasstoof, elektriese oond, mikrogolfoond, yskas-vrieskas, eetgerei, breekware en 'n etenstafel met 4 stoele toegerus is. Die ander 4 eenhede het elk 'n kombuisie wat met verhit-en-eetgeriewe toegerus is. Elke eenheid het 'n TV met die volle DStv-pakket en daar is gratis WiFi. Daar is 'n gemeenskaplike swembad en 'n lapa met 'n buitetafel en braaigeriewe. Veilige parkeerplek is op die perseel beskikbaar.
