Dit was middelmatig, nie baie lekker gebly nie, lawaai van bure nie lekker nie.

Mooi eenheid, maar die beddegoed was nie skoon nie, hangers was alles gebreek in die kaste, geen koffie en melk was aangebied nie en word geadverteer as 'n B&B - beskrywings was misleidend. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I understand your complaints, but the apartment is as advertised on the platform. You're right, it's an apartment complex, and this can be seen from the pictures. Therefore, I don't think you were misled as this is outlined in the pictures. With regards to the bedding, I did speak with my helper and I'm not sure what went wrong, as we pride ourselves on cleanliness. Normally, the key is collected inside the keybox. However, on the day you checked in, I wasn't around to open the gate for you, hence why I made alternative arrangements for a smooth check-in (the other complex you refer to is on the same street and less than 3 minutes away from where you needed to check in).

Regarding coffee, we do provide coffee and sugar, but not milk. However, moving forward we can provide milk so thank you for the feedback. It's feedback like this that helps us improve. I'm sure there will be upgrades and improvements next time you wish to book with us.

Regarding the office and numbering on keys, the unit only has one main entrance so the numbering of keys isn't really necessary. We don't have offices as well, as there is no need for them.
