Glen Aden offers self-catering accommodation in a picturesque valley on a 50-hectare farm bordering the Dorps River, just 23 km from Dullstroom on the Lydenburg Road. Wildebeest and zebra roam the property, and nature lovers can enjoy hiking, cycling and bird watching.
Accommodation is offered in 2 self-catering stone houses, Glen House and Aden House, which each overlook their own trout dam of approximately 1-hectare in size. Glen House can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child, and Aden House can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen and a scullery, dining room, lounge with a fireplace, and a built-in bar. The houses are serviced daily.
Glen Aden aims to minimise their carbon footprint. Hot water is supplied by gas geysers, the fridge-freezers and stove’s are gas, and electricity is provided by solar power.
Complimentary starter wood is provided on arrival. Additional wood can be purchased and restocked by the groundsmen.
