Go Country @ The Stix - Mulligan is a working farm situated 12 km from Dullstroom village and only 4.5 km from the renowned Highland Gate golf course, which features an impressive 18-hole Championship Ernie Els Golf Course.
A 1.2 km drive along a dirt road from the gatehouse will lead you to Shona’s Place, a quaint little cottage set up on the hill nestled against a forest with breathtaking views of the dams and grasslands on the farm. This cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities and leads out to a dining table with chairs. It further expands to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a cosy fireplace.
The space opens up to the enclosed verandah, offering outdoor furniture and a built-in braai area for added comfort and convenience.
Guests can indulge in fishing at the 3 bass dams and explore picturesque walking and mountain bike trails weaving through the forest and grasslands. For the adventurous, a challenging trek up the mountain awaits. Secure parking is provided on the premises for added convenience.
