Goedehoop Accommodation is located in the safe and prestigious Goedehoop area in the town of Somerset West.
This studio apartment is located on the owner's property but has a private entrance, covered parking, and a remote-controlled gate. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises an open-plan sleeping area and kitchenette and a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a rain shower, a basin, and a toilet. Toilet paper, towels, and soap are provided.
The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a microwave, a toaster, a frying pan, an induction stove, a pot, a pan, cutlery, and crockery. Milk, dish soap, a washcloth, and a drying cloth are provided.
The apartment leads to a private garden with a fire pit where guests can braai. A grill and fire lighters are provided. Wood can be arranged at an extra cost.
The property has an inverter with a backup battery to support during power outages such as load shedding.
It is close to all main routes, Helderberg's wine routes and only 45 km from Cape Town. The beautiful Strand's white beaches are only 8 km away from the property and close to Somerset Mall, Mediclinic Vergelegen and Busamed Paardevlei Private Hospital.
