We enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and we were well accommodated. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and hospitable; we were well accommodated. Although there were a lot of ants in the area and there was no daily room service (changing bedding and cleaning daily). The pool was clean and well maintained.

Good day Kitso Thank you for your email. We are very happy to hear that you enjoy your stay! Our apologies for the ants problem. We did spray for crawling and flying insects because of the rains, which caused the ants to get out of control. We sprayed again inside and outside. Please note we don't change bedding every day unless somebody messes on the bed. When guests stay for three or more days, we will change the bedding. We do change towels and bath mats every day and freshen up the rooms, unless guests request not to clean the room. We will still take clean towels, toilet paper, and bath mats. Please next time, bring it to the manager's attention so that your complaint can be attended to! We are very happy if guests bring complaints to our attention so that we can address them to make our guests' stay pleasant and happy! Hope to hear from you or see you soon! Decent. There were a few issues with the mini bar fridge, which caused our meat to rot. We also encountered WiFi connectivity problems, so we had to buy our own data to stream and communicate. Additionally, the shower handles were loose. Bring your own plates, eating utensils as well as a microwave/air fryer. The kitchen is not available for this booking option.

Good day Thato Thank you for your email. (1) The bar fridge was set on 3; the temperature can be adjusted to 8. We put a bar fridge in the Budget Rooms to keep cold drinks and water extra cold. Self Catering Rooms have a big fridge for meat and food. (2) You booked a Budget Room, not a Self Catering Room - meaning a bed, shower, TV, kettle with mugs & glasses, coffee extra, and a bar fridge. Self Catering rooms have microwaves, stove, plates extra. The price could tell you it's not a self catering room! Hope you have a better picture for your next stay! (3) Our apologies for the Internet problem. With the rains and storms, we have an Internet problem. We are busy addressing the issue. When a group books, we make sure one out of the group takes a self catering. Over December, when we are fully booked, we let the guests know to buy paper plates from us or bring plates extra for the guests in Budget Rooms. Please, with your next stay, bring complaints to the manager's attention so we can address your complaint and make your stay pleasant! Kind regards Marié (Manager)

Die atmosfeer is rustig en het lekker gebly. Dit was lekker en netjies. Dit was net snaaks dat ontbyt nie by die verblyf ingesluit was nie. Maar ek dink die persoon wat die bespreking gemaak het, het dalk nie daarop gelet nie. Miskien kan hulle hulle fooi verhoog en ontbyt dan insluit, want mens verwag maar dat dit gewoonlik ontbyt insluit.
