Description
Golfing Family's Dream Home is a modern single-storey self-catering home with an inverter and solar panels located in the secure Langebaan Country Estate which features an exclusive 18-hole Black Knight Design golf course created by Gary Player Designs. The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac neighbouring a play park on one side, and the 13th hole of the golf course on the other.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and scullery, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The rooms have doors leading outside allowing for separate access. Two of the rooms have fans. There is also a camping cot.
The fully equipped modern kitchen and scullery will suit aspiring chefs and includes a double-door fridge-freezer, ice machine, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with 5 stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features comfortable seating, an indoor braai fireplace, and a Smart TV. The living area leads to both the fairway side and a north-facing enclosed courtyard where you will be protected from the friendly winds.
Stacker doors open to the covered patio which contains a built-in braai and a 6-seater outdoor dining table.
The Langebaan Country Estate offers a communal swimming pool, gym, spa, on-site restaurant and bar, tennis courts, a putt-putt course, 2 bowls courts, a soccer field, 2 goal nets, as well as a children's play area, cycling routes and walking routes. There are also deer and many different types of birds on the property.
