Gordonia is a charming self-catering house situated in Reebok, Groot-Brakriver, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from beach access.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms of which 3 boast direct access to to either a private balcony overlooking the ocean or access to the pool deck. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are each fitted with a double bed and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine in a separate scullery. It extends to a lovely dining table, the perfect place to enjoy a family meal together. The adjacent lounge is furnished with plush seating and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, is a second lounge area with comfy couches, a TV, and a cosy fireplace, and it also has access to a small balcony with beautiful views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
The house opens up onto a lovely deck with outdoor seating, and a built-in braai area, and boasts amazing views. There is also a sparking swimming pool that guests can take advantage of.
The property is located within easy reach of essential amenities such as supermarkets, liquor stores, and restaurants and is only a 2-minute drive away. Additionally, the house is less than a five-minute drive from the main highway, providing easy access to Mossel Bay and George.
