Grand Vue Cottage is a self-catering unit located in the Cape Town suburb of Walmer Estate high up on the mountain, below Devil's Peak. The views from the property are just spectacular, you can see Lion's Head, Signal Hill, Table Bay and the Cape Town harbour. It is ideal for families and groups of travellers who wants to be near the city but also to escape it and relax.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main and second bedroom each contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The beautiful views of Cape Town from high up on the mountain is unique, it is beautifully furnished and has a garden and swimming pool to relax in after your day of exploring Cape Town. This space is the bottom floor of the double story house with separate entrances and private. It is a short Uber ride into the city centre where you'll experience many great restaurants, bars and live music venues.
