Eco-friendly cleaning products are provided to use. The living area opens onto the garden, which has a braai area for guests to use. A double garage is available for 2 cars to park in. Grant's Place is located approximately 1 km from the beach, and a drive from the few restaurants and Milkwood Village Shopping Centre located in the town.
