Netjiese woonstel met uitsig oor Groenpunt. UPS wat die WiFi en ligte aan hou tydens beurtkrag. Veilige parkering is 'n pluspunt in 'n area waar mens sukkel om parkering te kry. Gasvrou was vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

Baie sentraal geleë en netjies. Goed toegeruste kombuis en die veilige parkering is 'n groot bonus.

Toilet roll holder not installed securely, we had to use a plunger to unclog a slow-draining shower and the passage light did not work. The dimmer switch in the main living room needs to be replaced, knob is missing making using the feature difficult to use. Overall great location and the unit was neat and clean. Will use again. Price does reflect what one can expect, so we were OK with all the minor details just needed a central and safe place to sleep and it did the job. Thanks. Floor has water damage from the pot plant being overwatered, will have to be replaced in the future. It also would have been kind if the agent that handed over keys could have assisted us with the area and loadshedding information but she did not have knowledge of when load-shedding could be expected. We finally managed by asking a neighbor.
