This executive self-catering apartment offers 1 fully equipped double bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The sea-facing apartment provides immaculate views of the sea and surrounding Helderberg mountains and is within walking distance of all amenities, a convenient location as a springboard to a host of attractions. The apartment is decorated and furnished to the highest levels and is equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. The apartment is non- smoking for the comfort of all guests, an ashtray is provided for smoking on the balcony. Unfortunately no pets are allowed and braai/BBQ is not allowed on the balcony. There are braai/BBQ facilities available at the pool area.
With its beautiful white 5 km long beach, the Strand is an ideal family venue for swimming, sunbathing and a variety of water sports. Strand is a resort town nestled on the eastern shore of False Bay at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains. It lies between Macassar and Gordon's Bay, 50km or 31 minutes from central Cape Town. As its name indicates "the beach", the Strand's main attraction is the beautiful beach that stretches into the distance along the shore of False Bay. A promenade featuring a mix of restaurants, cafés and shops follow the shoreline.
