Description
GreyCot is a lovely and totally private self-catering cottage located in a quiet part of Greyton, close to the nature reserve. On arrival at the cottage, you will immediately feel you are on holiday. The cottage is ideal for a family that wishes to pack the car and get away into the country. Enjoy a braai, spend the days reading, walking, or playing games at the dining table, and in winter sit around the fire together. This is a country cottage with a heart and history.
The fully equipped cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains an extra-length queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This room has access directly onto the back patio through wooden doors. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower. The third bathroom contains a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals including an oven and a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. The cosy lounge contains a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix and a wood-burning fireplace. The back patio is wide and ideal for lunches and afternoon reads. Parking for 4 cars is provided.
Fleece blankets, hot water bottles, and heating panels for those cold winter nights are provided.
3 Battery lights and paraffin lamps are also provided. In the winter one bag of firewood is provided to get you started. The Wi-Fi has a UPS battery to keep guests connected during outages. One Cadac 3kg gas cylinder hob to help boil water during the load shedding.
