Grotto Cottage 12 is a charming self-catering holiday house situated only 300 m from the famous blue-flagged Grotto Beach, perfect for a family or group of friends.
This spacious house can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time and comprises 6 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a sea view and opens up to the sunny patio. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds, These 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has twin beds and interleads to room 4 with a child-only single bed and a bunk bed. These 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are in an attached annex and are each furnished with 2 single beds. They share the use of the third bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. The adjacent living room is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and features a cosy fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is also a second lounge.
Guests have access to a lovely swimming pool and a Weber braai, and kids can play around on the luscious lawn.
