Happy Home Woodstock is situated in the suburb of Woodstock. The self-catering Guesthouse comprise of 2 units, a 3 bed room house and a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The 3 bedroom house offers the guest the option to book the entire house, or individual rooms- this option will mean that other guests can be present and guests shares common areas.
The Apartment is offered as unit which has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Guests can contact us to arrange for kids (If the number of persons exceed our maximum of 4 and the extra bodies is under the age of 16) and we can asses this on an individual basis.
The 3 Bed room house comprises 3 rooms in a semi-detached house. The Red room has an en-suite bathroom, the Green and Blue room share a bathroom with a shower. Each room has a dedicated bar fridge and a safe.
The communal kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or outside braai area, and can relax in the communal lounge with a Netflix movie.
An outdoor braai facility is available for use, a braai grid is supplied, however, guests can bring their own braai grid. One safe parking space is available behind an electric gate.
The Apartment offers 2 bed rooms. Both rooms share 1 bathroom located inside the apartment. the bathroom is fitted with a Shower-bathtub combination.
The Apartment has a full kitchen, with a cooker, oven and microwave.
There is one dedicated parking space for the apartment, this parking space is small and only medium and small vehicles can make use of it. If possible, we can sometimes make arrangements for a bigger parking space. This is not always available.
Woodstock is within 2 km's from Cape Town CBD and situated on the popular Roodebloem Road, guests have easy access to various eateries, cafe's, as well as a variety of interesting shops and includes the MyCiTi bus for public transport.
