Happy Ours is located in the beautiful quiet town of Sedgefield, ideally situated on the Garden Route between Plettenberg Bay, Knysna and George.
The house is situated at the foot of a beautiful tree-lined mountain and 5 minutes from beautiful beaches. The home comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which has 1 bathroom with a shower, bath, basin, and toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are furnished each with twin beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower as well as a separate toilet. Two rooms have air conditioning and a fireplace with two glass doors in the TV room. There are also 3 ceiling fans in the house.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a 6-seater dining room table. The lounge area is fitted with three comfortable leather couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. There is a large outdoor patio with a built-in braai with a large dining table. The house is surrounded by a lawn. Secure undercover parking is provided for guests.
