Hardy-da Forest Cottage is nestled in the charming farming town of White River in Mpumalanga. The cottage is surrounded by a diverse array of plants, birds and other animals, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts.
The self-catering cottage comfortably accommodates 2 adults and two children or three adults. It features a cosy bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed. An easy chair, positioned within the bay window area, invites guests to relax and enjoy views of the forest foliage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, with all linen and bath towels provided for convenience. A second bedroom has two single beds and an en suit bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
The living area features a small, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge accommodates a small dining table, comfortable seats and a TV with DStv. Leading from the lounge is a wooden deck which provides ample space for relaxing under the shade of the trees. A fire pit and weber are located on the deck. A communal plunge pool is available for all guests.
For guests wanting to explore; the Bosch Pottery Studio and Eloff Gallery are 300m away, while Casterbridge Lifestyle Centre is 8.3 km away. The Kruger National Park is a one hour drive away. The panoramic route offers a scenic drive interspersed with a diverse array of restaurants and activities. We are also very close to the national botanical gardens, approximately 15km, our national treasure.
Uplands College is approximately 12 km away. The Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, KMIA, is a 10km drive.
