Hartenbos Estate 13 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom house situated in a 24-hour security estate in Hartenbos, ideal for groups, friends or families. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy when relaxing in the garden or on the patio.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 loft, a children’s playroom, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located on the top floor, overlooking the mountain and dunes. The loft, on the top floor, contains 1 single bed. The second bedroom and loft share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The children's playroom contains a single bed, several big scatter cushions, a blackboard, crayons, and a TV with a DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a glass-top electric stove with an oven, pots and pans, and an electric frying pan. In the adjoining pantry and laundry, there is a fridge/freezer, separate chest freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, and ironing facilities. The living room has a TV with Premium DStv channels and uncapped Wi-Fi.
The estate is surrounded by dunes covered with lush vegetation and offers 24-hour access control ensuring guests' safety.
