Lovely stay without loadshedding. Neat and clean, very safe and power always on.

Clean and tidy, everything you need. I travel quite a lot for work, and always appreciate when attention is paid to the finer things. Soft white towels, cozy white winter bedding, well-equipped kitchen, enough power plugs for lamps and mobile phone chargers, and no load shedding. Thank you very much.

The house is beautiful and prepared with loving care. Thank you very much for a nice visit. The cottage is more than 100 years old, was once the cheese maker's house. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen has everything needed. There is a delicious barbecue, almost like indoors so well it is protected from wind and weather. Everything is sparkling clean, lovely soft robes to put on after showering. There is a hairdryer. There is also Showmax and Netflix and of course wifi. The site has a security gate and the owner's house is on the same site, although far enough away to provide great privacy. I will definitely use and recommend the places again. Spacious enough for 4 people.

Slept well without the nice shower. The house has been carefully prepared, the rooms are spacious and the beds and mattresses very comfortable. The kitchen is very large, but the freezer is full of products, which can be a problem for people with frozen food. I would not suggest that more than two people stay, as there is only one bathroom and you pay quite a bit more per person. The living room carpet is full of stains and when we moved the sofa a bit, it was not clean either. The other carpets are dusty. One hot water bag leaked. The shower only works if you also turn on the sink faucet and the first night it was almost a dance between the two in the cold. Still the water was alternately ice cold and then lukewarm. When we asked the next day that they pay more attention (the initial response was that we are not doing it quite right) - they set the geyser's temperature and then at least we had hot water in the shower when we tap the sink also let it run. The jug of water for kitchen use was welcome. We didn't make use of it, but the sandwiches and food that one can order look very reasonable. There is not a proper garden in front of the house by the braai place, but rather a wide dirt road. The garden in front of the owner's house is well maintained and green. The vineyards that apparently surround the house can only be seen if you look out of the kitchen window.
