Hazenjacht Karoo Lifestyle Die Melkstal and Oom Manus se Huis are situated on a working farm approximately 10 km from central Oudtshoorn.
Guests have a choice of booking the 6-sleeper Die Melkstal, and the 8-sleeper Oom Manus se Huis. Die Melkstal comprises 3 bedrooms that share the use of 2 bathrooms, and Oom Manus se Huis offers 4 bedrooms that share bathroom facilities. A camper-cot for infants can also be arranged on request.
Each of the houses has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a TV as well as cosy fireplace, and opens onto a stoep that overlooks the surrounds. Outdoor braai facilities are also available.
For the avid bird-watcher, the Klein Karoo, and particularly the Oudtshoorn area, offers a large variety of birds. Nearby activities include fishing, the Cango Caves and great eateries in town and wine tastings which can be arranged upon request.
