This fully furnished, solar-powered, double-storey villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and open-plan living and entertaining areas. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed fitted with percale cotton bed linen, as well as a Smart TV and each room offers spectacular sea views to admire. Two of the bedrooms each contain an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and the third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom fitted with a bath and a large shower.
The fully equipped kitchen contains appliances and utensils to prepare and cook meals, including a separate scullery and laundry area. The spacious open-plan living area offers a large Smart TV and sofas to relax on, and a Teak dining table with seating where guests can sit and enjoy their meals together. The living area leads out onto the terrace, which boasts a braai area, a gas fire pit, pool loungers, an outdoor shower, as well as a solar-heated rim-flow pool, and a Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. There is a pool table on the other side of the terrace as well.
In addition, this off-the-grid home features a 10 000 litre water purification system and storage, climate control with underfloor heating throughout, secure garage and off-street parking, and a security system with beams.
