Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed within the property or building.
No noise or music are permitted.
No parties or events including bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Spit-braais are not allowed.
No pets, unless pre-arranged.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
As all the properties are residential homes, guests’ respect to the property as well as the neighbours will be appreciated.
The premises are not leased to provide a venue for friends, family, or other invitees

Contravention of any of the conditions in this paragraph will result in immediate eviction forfeiture of the security deposit.
