Dear Anel, Thank you for the service rating! With regards to the cleanliness: It was it not brought to our attention during your stay. Regarding the location of 1-star rating: Our houses are 500m away from the sea and a 1.3-km drive to the beaches as advertised. We recall you renting from us many years ago in another unit 1 block away. Not much has changed since then. The couch in the lounge was torn early December, prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we did not have time to replace or repair it but it will be done soonest possible! The rest is in good order. If not, kindly notify me of your concern so we can attend to it.
