Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate Erf 769 is a lovely double-storey house located 18 km outside Dullstroom, right next to the 6th hole on the Ernie Els golf course. This self-catering home boasts beautiful views of the cliffs and landscape.
The house features 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom consists of a queen-size bed, a cosy fireplace for those cold wintery nights and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath.
The main living area consists of a spacious lounge with a TV, a dining area with an indoor braai area and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Along with every amenity necessary for self-catering, the kitchen also features a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. There are several board games and puzzles as well as table tennis for guests' entertainment when guests prefer to stay inside.
Outside, is a lovely spacious patio where guests can enjoy a sundowner or make use of the Weber braai. There are 2 garages available.
The estate has an 18 hole golf course, a lovely restaurant and the most beautiful hiking and biking trails. Guests are encouraged to visit the town of Dullstroom where guests can walk around and enjoy the many delicacies the town has to offer.
