Situated on the scenic banks of the Crocodile River, this luxury thatch-roof house overlooks the Kruger National Park.
Hippo Hills accommodates 10 guests in 5 private en-suite bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin and shower. Enjoy an exceptional view of the Crocodile River from every bedroom which makes for an incredible African memory.
There is an open-plan lounge and dining area that has ample seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The house features beautiful outdoor spaces with seating to watch the sunset and includes braai facilities and a swimming pool.
Hippo Hills is located within the fences of the Kruger National Park and guests have spotted all the Big 5. The house sits on a riverbed where the birdlife is magnificent. The guests have the option of going on a self-drive into the Kruger National Park, an 8 km drive to the gate, or arranging a private safari experience.
