This house offers ample relaxation areas, and beautiful sea views from some of the bedrooms, the balconies and pool deck.
The rim-flow swimming pool is heated by electrical heat pumps, and the house runs on a solar-powered hot water system. The house also features a courtyard and braai area, a double garage for secure parking, and a spacious observation and sun deck on the roof.
