Good. Always enjoy the buffet breakfast. It's the best. Good. The only additional thing I would like is a bigger fridge and a microwave nearby to warm our food.

Hotel Savoy is probably the only place to stay in Mthatha. Hotel is correctly rated 3-star, definitely not 4-star. It needs more maintenance as little things are not cared for, examples: a general re-paint of the buildings would be nice, some tiles missing on steps, shower heads gone, shower door sealing strip compromised, bathroom extractor fan very noisy, only one drinking glass in the room, and DSTV options limited. More attention to detail would make Hotel Savoy in Mthatha more attractive.

Good, clean and comfortable executive room. Breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommended with very nice breakfast. Restaurants close by for dinner.

Good service. My booking, for some reason, could not be found. But, it was sorted out within a couple of minutes and I was quickly in my room, which you park right in front of. Breakfast was good. Service from ALL staff was great: friendly and helpful!

Aangenaam. Ek het 'n versoek gerig vir 'n haardroër en daar is een belowe, maar nooit afgelewer nie. Ek was gedwing om nog 'n nag oor te bly aangesien my vlug gekanselleer is. Die personnel was baie behulpsaam, maar ek het geen melk in my kamer gehad nie.

Please accept my sincerest apology for the poor service you received from my hotel on your last stay with regards to the hairdryer as well as not having amenities in your room.
