Description
Kelné 1 is a modern room in a newly-built house furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds on request. Each room offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. It features fresh new high-quality guesthouse white linen, and bath towels are provided, but not beach towels. The room also includes a hairdryer, a smart TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi, and a table for 2 with 2 chairs. There are larger and higher bedside tables next to the bed, also suitable for sitting and working, or for doing hair and makeup. Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk are provided upon arrival. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a 2-plate stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a pan, a pot, a kettle for the gas stove, an electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery, plates, glasses, and a corkscrew. The room has sliding doors leading to the verandah. Guests are welcome to place a small table and 2 chairs outside on the verandah.

- Only the person who booked will be allowed to check in. Unfortunately, a booking cannot be made on behalf of someone else.
- No children under the age of 12 are allowed.
- No parties are allowed.
- No open fires, Chinese lanterns, firecrackers or fireworks are allowed.
- Please note that the owners live on the top floor of the accommodation, but guests still have plenty of privacy and their own entrance. The guest rooms are on the ground floor.
- Smoking in the rooms is prohibited, but guests are welcome to smoke outside on the lawn and porch in front of their room.
- There are friendly house cats that live in the main house (above) and roam the garden. They will not bother guests, but please be aware of this if guests are allergic to cats.
