We usually ask Nomzano to be there on your arrival day as being thatched it can get dusty quite quickly if the weather is windy and we feel she can assist guests if needed to carry bags etc upstairs. The lounge couches were actually recently reupholstered but the one couch was faulty on the seam so we have to return it- I should have let you know apologies. We do only provide initial loo paper in every bathroom and one additional spare- I will check that spare (and extra hand sanitizer) is accessible as may have been kept in cupboard.
